Geo
Speaking with Ross yesterday at the Cars and Rides meet in Glasgow and he was asking about Servicing, and asked if i can help him do his on his car before pod? Im checking dates as im on standby alot just now, due to boss being off alot. I came up with this little list, if i've missed anything can you let me know? You will get petrol coming out, but depending on the level of the tank and the angle of the car, hopefully not too much. Geo
How about the Diff Oil Yup, i'd rather do that on a ramp though. how often do you change the fuel filter and do you just get a motor factors one? The car has 120,000 on the Odo, and cant be sure if its ever been changed? So id do it every 50,000 and use Stock Part, pennies from Toyota. Graham1984
Some of the fuel filters can be a right sod to get off so it may be wise as suggested in another thread to have a bit of fuel line to hand just incase the worst happens.

What you wana do about the parts? I'd prefer you total it, i'll paypal you the money and then you buy them but thats just me just not wanting to make a mess of things ordering the wrong thing. Its totally up to you as I know that it would put alot of the onus on you which is unfair because its my car. Edit: If you can supply me with the exact links to all the exact parts to buy via this or facebook then i can do it easily enough myself. At the end of the day you are doing me a favour and I dont want to push my luck Edited June 18, 2012 by Ross C (see edit history)
