RobD
Put a TT engine in it mate! Not alot of power can be had out of an NA i'm afraid!
Harris25
for the money you will spend you should just save up and buy a turbo
JustGav
Put a TT engine in it mate! Not alot of power can be had out of an NA i'm afraid! I'd disagree... BUT it is definitely an easier way.

Guest sidewaysphoenix
blimey sounds tricky to extract more power from the NA, need to find someone who wants to downgrade ideally i think.... Yeah thats gonna happen.
suprasize
strange you have just posted this... only just got back from driving my mate to pick up his r33 gtst in the supra (NA). Was a really fun drive back ! Even though the skyline had the performance over the NA, i'd rather replace the engine to a TT and gearbox to a V160 then sell. So, erm im waffling but yeah... Think as rob_boi has mentioned, easiest way forward (literally) is maybe considering a engine transplant !

RobD
If your attached to your car then convert it! If not then swap for a TT mate! I was looking at a swap earlier this month but i couldn't get rid of mine so decided to keep it!
Kirk
but rob you have no ABS, i thought safety was key?
JODY T
Cheapest option is NOS
Kirk
only other way of making a more powerful NA.. build the shit out of it, add itbs, bump the compression to around 11s, more aggresive cams, injectors etc etc unless you have money to burn then TT is the way to go for you
RobD
i know but it seems the ABS is no good anyway so what the hell!

Homer
any ideas on a TT engine cost guys? The going rate for an all in conversion, including installtion is around £2300 if it's starting with a 5spd. You'll also need to buy an uprated clutch. NOS is the only option for big (ish) power on the NA, but it's very limited in it's use and at £60 a refill for a couple of minutes use is very expensive.
