I did mine and it is very straight forward, although I did have to bend the mounting bracket slightly to fit it in! I can post the pics if you want! Especially trying to tighten up the nut with the hose in place. (putting the hose on first seemed the lesser of the two evils at the time ) What's the adjustable bolt on the end for? - Does it need any adjustment? The bolt on the back of the BOV adjusts the boost pressure slightly!?!? Anyone else who can give a better explanation will also be helping me! (NOTE: I never adjusted mine to find out!) You can do great blow offs at high revs in 4th or 5th gear, if you lift the clutch off slowly you can make one last several seconds. Childish yes, but great fun at scaring the crap out of people in convertibles or pedestrians. If you find it leaking boost at WOT then tighten it up, it if doesn't blow-off properly at medium boost levels (ie a chittering noise) then loosen it. Just installed one - a 15 minute job because of inscrutible Japanese instructions. That could explain why I was getting 1.2 bar before I installed it, and 1.1 bar after. I was going to ask what the problem might be, it was like hitting a rev limiter or fuel cut but the car was still accellerating. Leaking boost would certainly explain it. So in that case correct adjustment of this could double up as a form of boost controller, preventing too much boost from being created... interesting.
