B3any Posted September 12, 2003 Share Posted September 12, 2003 Charity Midlands Meet - Derby - 28th September Right with all these gatherings and Gumball rallies going on down where the shandy drinkers are (south), were getting lonely up here but this promises to be a very big meet with other things to do, if you like jumping with an elastic band round your legs that is... The next Midlands meet is on Sunday 28th September at 11 a.m. This is a meeting with a difference! There is the usual car meet with a raffle in aid of Cancer Research UK. There is also a 185 foot bungee jump, bbq, disco, raffle and stalls laid on by the pub with proceeds going to the Magic Million appeal for Cancer treating hospital equipment.
