blitz supra
What is it with the latest trend in removing spoilers?? I think it looks really awful.. A supra is not a supe without a spoiler, Std looks great Veilside for that JDM dramatic look and the TRD well that always looks great:cool: Not sure about all these huge Halfords macano spoilers that are being fitted by that can look good with certain bodykits Removing them doesn't create the ferrari look which i think some people are trying to acheive, it just looks silly in my opinion and lloks like somethings missing or makes the car look basic and worse still when people put grommets in the holes... nasty!! Pete
Its doesn't create the ferrari look which i think some people are trying to acheive, It's more Aston Martin than Ferrari. Each to their own - I like to see the variety myself, it'd be boring if we were all the same. (Speaking of which, Nic - no more TRD groups buys please! )
Bobbeh
Good points I tend to agree that it needs the wing, (dont like the Veilside as much tho these days) but spoilerless looks nice on some widebody cars. Can I ask why you're called 'Blitz Supra', while your Supra doesnt look to have any Blitz bits?
hadyn
You clearly have no taste if you like veilside bodykits

hadyn
errrrrrrrrrm, shouldnt you be on a cruise site blitz?
blitz supra
You clearly have no taste if you like veilside bodykits Only like the Rear Spoiler as i think it gives the Typical JDM look Veilside Front bumpers i hate, and everyone you see has smashed up edges because there are too low I think mix and matching with some of the kits can create some great looks
hadyn
Only like the Rear Spoiler as i think it gives the Typical JDM look Mate the veilside rear spoiler is the worst part of the kit - it literally makes you look like a prat.
mathew
was planning to de-spoiler mine when i got it. now owning one i have decided against it imo the spoiler is like a trademark for the supra.
blitz supra
errrrrrrrrrm, shouldnt you be on a cruise site blitz? sorry don't know what you mean cruise site ?? if you are refering to film.. I was just asking for views... just interested as we are all supposed to be car nuts ... No don't do cruises not my thing, i've been doing the proper meets and involved with Jap imports now etc for 5 - 6 years
hadyn
i've been doing the proper meets and involved with Jap imports now etc for 5 - 6 years So you've clearly been in somekind of styling coma then if you think a Veilside C1 kit gives you that 'Dramatic JDM look', yo. This is 2006, not 1994
imi
What is it with the latest trend in removing spoilers?? I think it looks really awful.. completely agree...then again, each to their own....who cares....mine has a spoiler.
Jake
I wouldn't have a Veilside spoiler as a gift. Or a Bomex front bumper for that matter. The Veilside spoilers are so oversized they look stupid.
mathew
getting a bit hostile in here tonight chaps
blitz supra
Mate the veilside rear spoiler is the worst part of the kit - it literally makes you look like a prat. Each to their own i suppose , are all those who have the large mecanno spoilers pratts? Everything goes full circle Std Veilside TRD DO Luck etc and back again we go to standard, The standard wing is the supra trademark Standard wing Toyota skirts and front bumper look best Anyway I was just interested in everyones ideas on what they think looks great on a Supra I'll leave it at . Godmutha
completely agree...then again, each to their own....who cares....mine has a spoiler. same as
Ewen
Surely Supras are Supras, be they winged, de-winged, blinged, slammed, blammed, skirted, blown, two-tone or what. One owners dream bodykit is another owners nightmare, but underneath the Matisse or Tracey Emmin (depending on taste) theres a car we all know and love. blitz supra
So you've clearly been in somekind of styling coma then if you think a Veilside C1 kit gives you that 'Dramatic JDM look', yo. This is 2006, not 1994 Its all about what you personally like on your Supra, We all like something different, thats what makes this car i think quite special, and a little different from the norm Its like when you see these lovely over the top custom Supras with big power, Stunning cars, then you look inside and it has red seats or something... Whatever we drive the Supra always seems to draw lots of attention, and debate Thats great for a car that is nearly 13 years old in design but is still so fresh..
