GazzaGSi
Picked my car up last Thursday after 7 grueling weeks in a 106 1.4 diesel. So far, I have had a smile from ear to ear wherever I am driving it, spent about £130 in fuel and not even turned the raido on! Going back next Thursday to have bigger cc injectors fitted and the boost raised abit as im running it in at the minute. Heres afew pics: It really is a neat job and can not thank Turbofit enough. I was always kept updated on what was occuring and what stage the car was at. They are a very trustworthy bunch and recommend them to anyone. Thanks alot. As I hadn't had it for 7 weeks it was time to get the polish and wax out. 4.5 hours later the exterior was washed, buffed and waxed. Its awesome Afew pics after the clean: Supra ownership is phenominal Cheers, and thank again to Greg, Sam and the turbofit team. Another very happy customer. Nic
Very nice Gaz What boost are you running at and what ECU are you using?
GazzaGSi
IIRC I was told at the minute until it is run in it is 4psi and then will be increased to around 7 or 8. I will know more this coming thursday about it. I am running standard ecu with the SAFC2. Gaz

bromy
Why do you feel you have to run it in?
GazzaGSi
Because I have been advised to and not going to spend a shed load of money to just ruin it and go against what they have said. Surely it would only be logic to take it easy to start with?
bromy
Not really unless you have changed pistons or bearings, I'd like to see it puts out on the dyno, looks a clean install
GazzaGSi
I think i'll keep it steady for the time being just in case. Hopefully if I can get my injectors by thursday it will be going on the dyno then or afew days after. Looking to see over 400.

GazzaGSi
Walbro pump standard injectors. bromy, what do you mean sorry?
bromy
You cant just bung bigger injectors in without some kind of controller pulling out excess fuel
GazzaGSi
Hey, Im just saying what they said. There probably is more work required but they've asked me to source some 550cc injectors. If you want to know everything about it call them as I do not know the ins and outs of everything they are doing.

I am not trying to put Turbofit down in any way, just curious in what they with their conversions
