Suprasteve
this any good. it only uses one relay. I did it and have no problems whatsoever.foglight mod.doc
jackso11
I don't understand....all 5 bright? there are only 4 lights?
Pixelfill
presume that the 5th is the centre brake light. AFAIK some Supras only have a reflector but some have a brake light on the boot lid. Mike
Pixelfill
this is the diagram I used. works fine for me, though I believe the resistors are becoming more difficult to locate. You don't actually need the resistors though, these merely prevent the bulb fail circuit from thinking you've blown a bulb if the fog lights are on, and you depress the brakes. Suprasteve
thats right, the boot lid is a working brake light on my car, i assumed that was the same on all jap supras ? this is irrelevant to the method anyway. I didn't use resistors and at first the warning brake light bulb failure light always come on but i sorted out a better earth and this solved the problem. i did try doing it the way Pixelfill suggested, as someone else showed me the diagram ages ago but i personally found the method in my attachment far easier but each to their own. I can get pictures of what i did if it makes it easier to understand. let me know
