Please indicate what you would like to assist in . . .options include: a. Director (Overarching control of event, final decision maker on all matters) b. Venue setup (Where is it and what are we permitted to do on the land, layout of venue, camping areas, facilities control etc) c. Programme setup (what is going on, booking and control of demos and events) d. Refreshements Setup (Food/drink, control of refreshment venders) e. Ushering and Marshalling (Track/drag work, arrival and departures, route setup) f. Competition setup/judging/control (What are we competing, rules, competition setup,) g. Media setup (advertising, control of media) If you sign up please be aware that during the period of the event you will be responsible for tasks that will take up your time and detract from your socialising.
