Gaz Walker
A customer of ours is building a Supra to run in the GT Championship at Silverstone on 13-14-15th of August. Its a VVTi engined 6speed 2002 model, 5th last of the production line! Power has to be mild tuning due to regs, no more than 480hp. We've been asked to supply bits for it. AFAIK its the first Supra to run in the series, and will be fantastic to see in the UK. It'll be running alongside Porsche GT3's, Ferrari 360's, TVR's etc etc. Can't wait to see it racing Gaz. Pete
Sacrilege! Couldn't they find an old one and spend the money rebuilding the engine, strengthening the chassis etc rather than ripping up a nice new one? You're right though - will be good to see it run. Have they got a good driver?

Have they got a good driver? Tell me about it Something to do with another reg though, maybe the cars have to be less than 5 years old or something... They can't strengthen the chassis, apart from bushes and shocks/springs. I'm told he's good, can't remember the name, he's a foreign guy. Gaz.
