T2 MSW
£45 is it just me or does that seem expensive??
SteveR
£45 is it just me or does that seem expensive?? Owch. Although the flyer says teh entry ticket is £15, so £45 includes camping if I'm reading it right... hmmm, per person cost of camping, why not per tent as that's the norm (and much cheaper than £30 a head!) Jason, are you still running JTS at Silverstone as well? Will that have a similar price hike? I like to make a weekend of it, with the missis & son, but they're only partially interested and at £45/adult and probably £15+ for the nipper, I just can't justify it (especially when it's another £25 for the track, so I'm facing £90~£115 + child price ). Jason
Hi Steve, the prices on the flyer are day tickets. £45 is the weekend price per person including camping. This is a 2 day show, the first time Silverstone have allowed a modified show to do the full weekend. There is track action both days on the Southern circuit and drifting on the Stowe circuit. I am working on JTS but as yet have not been given confirmation of prices although would not expect them to change. JTS is a one day show so would not be this kind of price. There is an early booking bonus of a £5 per ticket discount if you book by 31st Jan, also for every 10 cars you get a free drivers weekend ticket, so it is then up to the club whether a person gets the free place or the extra saving is split across everyone. If you have any question please just ask, Jason
