antno Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 I've wanted a supra since birth. im after a twin turbo manual in white. over the next few years i plan to increases the horsepower and turn it into a track/fast road car. i plan to do all th work myself but could do with a little advice with the electronics. im an apprentice engine and transmission builder for a small porsche rally team so air cooled flat 6's are what im used to but not what im interesed in. i no a bit bout turbos n that and know my way around a set of spanners. cheers anthony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can't help you with the specifics (it sounds like you know your way around those spanners much more than I do ), but general advice is to have a look on here for any cars for sale that match your requirements. 6 speeds are less common than autos, and if it needs to be white then that cuts your field down more, but with patience you'll hopefully find a good one. I don't know if you'd intend to keep the twin turbo setup or convert it to a single turbo, but either way there's loads of info on here about BPU and upwards.
