Charlotte Posted March 10, 2009 Share Posted March 10, 2009 After 2 months of doing temp work, and jobs being pretty few and far between, I've managed to get myself a permanent job! It is in conveyancing so things must be looking up in that respect. Obviously I still don't have total job security with the market being the way it is but I'm really chuffed. I'm glad it wasn't through an agency (I applied myself and none of the agencies I'm registered with even told me about it), they've been sooooo crap up here. That's all. People eventually want to move house. I should probably add it's my fault for not having a job, moving up the country at the worst time possible probably didn't help. I do Im guaranteed a job until 2023 with a chance to get either 5 years reckonable service or go for commision and do another 15 years on top.
