Trader contributions have greatly helped and those who have, will be displayed behind the bar. Those who haven't will be displayed in the toilets . I have in my garage so far 24 x 568ml (1 pint) of the following: Strongbox x 2 Fosters x 3 Carlsberg x 3 Boddingtons (the cream of Newcastle ) x 2 Carling x 1 Wine and SPIRITS () will be bought nearer the time. Japanese Eating Competition - Individuals only, maximum of 12 people on total for this activity 3. Tug O War Competition - Team event, upto 7 people per team, must be from same car club, can have A and B teams if required 4. Tyre Endurance Competition - Individuals only - test of strength and stamina 5. Inflatable Bungee Game - Activity TBC status - Individuals only 6. Cotton Bud Bash Game - Activity TBC status - Individuals only 7. Pretty much everything!! Initially it was 5 members per club and one team only. However due to popularity we are now only allowed one team with 2 members!! 1 must be male and 1 female and no a bloke in a dress doesn't count!! So I will think of a fair way to pick who we enter! If they don't arrive until Wednesday, I will keep with me and arrange to meet at the entrance gate as each of you arrive. CAMPING - Will be on our club stand so you can lie under the stars staring at all those lovely soops around you! MUSIC - I will bring a selection of 70's, 80's, 90's, Pop, Rock, Hip hop and Dance. Anyone wanting to bring CD's with a selection on feel free to do so, though please be aware 'parental advisory' discs will only be played at night after the kids are asleep. FOOD - Saturday evening. There will be a Chilli, curry and vegetarian curry courtesy of IAN IAN and my goodself. During the day there will be a high cholesterol selection of burgers, sausages and flattened & rolled cardbord (vegetarian burgers/sausage). DRINKS - We have Boddingtons, Carlsberg, Fosters, Carling, Strongbow, red & white wine and some spirits as well as soft drinks. Will PM everyone tomorrow with my mobile number and take tickets with me to JAE. When you arrive phone me and I will arrange for them to be taken to the entrance. I will also b*llock the organisers and make sure everyone at the gate is aware what has happened so you don't get any hassle. If you don't get my number by 17:00 tomorrow please pm me!
