miles
Had a quick search to see if there was a thread on this already but couldnt see one? im looking at getting a digital photo frame for my sister as a christmas present but im not sure which one to go for? im looking to spend under £80.00. is this going to get me something decent? here are a couple ive bookmarked and wondered if anyone had any experience with them or if there are any that you would recommend? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kodak-M820-Digital-Multimedia-Photo/dp/B0015IZ3N0 http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500001151&langId=-1&searchTerms=5690271&Submit=GO+%3E#tab3 http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/661623/art/toshiba/pa3637e-1etc-7-digital-ph.html it doesnt matter to much if it doesnt play music or videos but nice picture quality would be great:) cheers guys Miles
Thorin
Just buy whichever looks the nicest in your price range. I bought the cheapest one on ebay a year ago and it's still working fine.
AndrewOW
I like the Phillips one, and I also like the third one. The first one's not bad either. I'm not much help here, am I?
michael
I'm planning to buy one as a stocking filler for my Dad but was looking at these two: http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/8%22+Arianet+Digital+Picture+Frame?productId=34251 http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/7%22+Arianet+Digital+Picture+Frame+?productId=33853 Anything worrying about the spec on them? They're cheap! I might have to get a few this Christmas. My mum and sister have so many of photos of my nephew, Luis, that they can have them on constant rotation. michael
They're cheap! That's what I thought which instantly made me think there must be a reason why... although Aria are usually pretty good with their Arianet stuff.

Apart from having to supply your own card, and that's not really an issue anymore. 2GB SD for £3.29 here. For me it would be having yet another peice of electric kit to find somewhere to plug it in.. I think the 8" would be the better bet, but that's just speculation TBH.
