I have with regret to sell my Camaro as my Supra is now ready for its return after 9 months away being rebuilt, I have no parking for all the cars so one has to go, this car has been a dream of mine for many years and would make a fantastic project for someone to get there teeth into

1984 Camaro Z28 IROC with the 305 V8 engine (5 litre)

Auto box with gear drive and overdrive

Tax until September

MOT until November

44,000 miles only (the car was in a collection for 11 years)

US dry stste car so no rot AT ALL

Just fully service at Bob Harmen performance at a cost of £1000

Just had fitted a turboflow full stainless exhaust, sounds wonderful

Edlebrock headers and inlet manifold

Polished air intake

Good history with the car including US documantation

IROC Alloys with very good tread on tyres

Just had DVD headunit and DVD screen fitted

DVD had PSP/PS3 input etc

Polished steering wheel

Original 8 track and cassette recorder and steering wheel if you wanted to go back to original

Made 245 BHP and 311 ftlb torque at Witton RR day

DVD and interior here

Things still to do

The rear half shaft has a slight kink causing a little wheel wobble on drivers rear, a new shaft is $130 from US, it has caused no problems with the way it drives

Annoying heat shield on exhaust needs a tightening as it rattles on idle

Very slight weep from rear autobox seal, needs replacing, only a few drips a day but annoying all the same

I would love to keep this car but as explained above it must go and I dont want silly money, best offer around £3000 will take it away

Probably sounds like a better option...sadly!

Yes its a shame but my Black Supra will be moving from Phoenix to Topgear Monday for the final work (making a bespoke downpipe) and hope to have it for Japfest, this will of course require the bill to be paid!!

A five figure sum, it better be worth it thats all I will say, sad when you look at the Camaro and the fun it is and it is worth only the cost of the Short block and internal parts WITHOUT labour for the Sup!

Update

I have just taken delivery of a set of New Mosler racing rear half shafts for this to fix the kink issue, also had the exhaust heat shield sorted and the car is booked into Bob Harmen Performance to sort the gearbox weep and to fit an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb to release a bit more power, engine dress kit also being fitted along with new polished pulley's

Car will be ready on 12th June, has to go now as its in the way after that (no parking space :()
