SteveR
(As far as I'm concerned, it's the mkV Supra - Iv'e seen it in real life and it's fecking amazing - it blows the GTR35 to the weeds - and now it's going to race too - woohoo!!!) P.S. Spot the mkIV... Full story

SteveR
By the time this thing is released the oil would have run out and we will all be driving electric cars... It's racing next month. Due out to us plebs in 2009. I want. Video that Henk shot when we saw it testing last year: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShrOWznZbns Another vid of it testing: mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm the noise is incredible. Really soul-awakening in a similar manner - but totally different tone - to how many Ferraris are. It laps the 'Ring in 7:24. Last July I timed a test model myself, doing a 7:45 (amongst several continous 7:50~8:00 laps) during a prolonged testing session with an added chicance at T13 to slow the cars down. carl0s
It does look and sound awesome. I wish they would commit to making it, then I might be able to have one in a decade, when all the oil really has ran out
carl0s
Or why can't somebody make a car that looks identical to that, but has a cheapo 3.5 V6 in it instead
Gazboy
It's racing next month. Due out to us plebs in 2009. I want. It was due out in 2004, then 2005, then 2006, then 2007, then 2008, now 2009.... In the time this thing went from rumour to N24 racer the old Wembley has been razed to the ground and a new one built- and people bitched about the length of time that took! Bobbeh
Waiting to perfect it, like with the MKIV Supra I reckon It was only a concept in 2005, I remember seeing it in NY, nowhere near the finished article.
markssupra
Maybe one day. Certainly looks and sounds gorgeous.

Pot
I thought the Toyota FT-HS was the 'Next Supra'? With about a £70k price difference between that and the LF-A?... Although, they're both bloody stunning and I can't wait to see either in the flesh
Carl_S
The car is much more stunning than our humble stock mkiv's. But it looks..so italian. Why not buy italian then? Maybe it's price tag vs performance is the age-old answer. I'd love to drive it.

mwilkinson
If I remember somebody said on here a while back that it was going to be around the £90,000 mark. This was however before Nissan released the GTR!! So basically who knows.
vvteye
Someone should bring out an identical bodykit to fit the MKIV. That way, those who wanna MKV but don't want a drop in power, can.

Good point. Losing those 4bhp would be terrible for you I'd be UP 8bhp though. Sold!

ivan
I've been searching but it seems that nobody is showing the N24 on TV - at least, not live. However, I did find this: http://adac.24h-rennen.de/en/news/article-2008/article/24h-live-im-internet.html Streaming live internet feed.
