AdzC
Hi, I'm in the market for a new set of wheels to replace my 17"s that are currently on the car. If somebody could give me their opinions/advice/experience on these I would be most grateful. I'm also open to suggestions but can't stretch above £1k at the moment. Jamesy W
I'm looking at these just now too, think they look smart enough, never really been a fan of Wolfrace though so a set of new center caps would probably finish them off nicely, but for that price its gonna be some pretty shady tyres. If I was to go for them i'd be going with the Avon tyre upgrade for an extra £100 then put some Toyota centre caps in. What's an Arista? Ha ha, I thought that too. merckx
The only thing that I would look into further are the offsets, is the front at 30mm a little low?
AdzC
The only thing that I would look into further are the offsets, is the front at 30mm a little low? Not sure on that one mate. What are standard offsets? Also I can never remember if the higher or lower the number the nearer or further it sits from the hub.

AndyT
Hi. Are those rims all 8.5J's. Most recommendations are to have an inch more on the rear. also they look like Ultralites which can be had with correct offset and stud pitch from Envy for about £50 more. Tbh 112 pitch doesn't ring bells, I'm reasonably sure the pitch is over 113. Have to do a search.
AdzC
They are 8.5 front and 9.5 rear mate and it says that they are 5 x 114.3 pcd. I take your point about the Ultralites but i've been quoted about £500 more from Envy for the Ultralites although not ruled them out.
jamesmark
Well within your budget and has as new tyres. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=139514
Blackie
I'm getting that done to my 18s on monday. Polished outer and diamond met black spokes/centres. £180 for all four, Bargain.

Sizes are ringing the little bells now. Edit: I'd be ringing Jamesmark about now. That rubber and those wheels are a bargain indeed.

I was ideally looking for gunmetal centre and polished outer but may be swayed if I really like the look of these.

I don't as photobucket.com is down for maintanence, I cannot remember if I have or not. But I will 100% have pictures tomorrow whilst they are still on the car and detailed pics of each rim before they come off the car.
AdzC
OK mate. I'll have a look at the photos when you post them up.

If they are stock Toyota 17 inch UK / USA / optional J-Spec rims then these will be a downward step. I'd bet the offset and spigot hole diameters are wrong, and they weigh more.
