MarkR
******SOLD****** Hi guys I bought this (impulsively) from Jezzy about 6 moths ago for £185 I since realised that it just won't do the things I want it to do in the future. Also, it'd never work for my car. The harness is for a pre-vvti model supra with the 3 plug ECU and I have the 5 plug ECU. It's also for a manual and I have a tiptronic. I couldn't have done worse if I tried The fact that this is the silver FCON V (not the gold 'pro' version) which means that there are less companies in the UK who can map it for you, but they are out there. One possible company in the UK is TDI (http://www.tdi-plc.com). I'm not aware of any other as I only look for someone close to me. Here are the facts - Comes with the Harness to connect to the 3 plug ECU - For a manual turbo vehicle - I have no idea if the unit is locked/password protected, but a dealer could test it for you - This FCON V unit comes with a built in FCD (Fuel Cut Defender) I'm not sure what it's worth. The current mapping is according to Jezzy at the time: mapped for a UK spec at 1.2 bar. I dont have a manual for the FCON, basically one end of the field harness plugs into the ECU, and the other end plugs into the original loom (that plugged into the ECU). An HKS tuner should know the rest. Cheers Mark

RobSheffield
Sold mine for £200 mate, iirc its fuel and ignition computer. Nice for BPU at the price.
MarkR
Thanks Rob. Know anyone who would need one of these? I wish I'd been more savvy when I thought about buying it. It'd suit someone with an older car, but these damned vvti newer models give me a pain. Nothing fits. The rad pipes are different, the top engine cover thingy, the cams, the ecu etc etc etc... painful, but I love it.

Jake
Now on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=150154477520&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=005 £50 ! What a bargain! It's worth more than that for the Fields harness alone.
Steve
Missed this, i would have had that just for the fields harness
MarkR
I know, but no-one wanted it and it was sitting in my spare room for months. Sad to see it go for so little I lost some money but learnt a valuable lesson. No more impulse buys...
MarkR
I'll relist it on the forum if the chap doesn't pay but I seem to think for £50 he won't have any issues.
