Getrag
Well, its been an interesting month. If you saw this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=108556 After discovering I had a damaged tyre when I went to get a nail puncture repaired I had to buy 2 new tyres. I was going to sell the old good one (i know you shouldnt) on ebay but discovered it had a tiny nail in it that I didnt even know about so thats in the bin now too. Then..... reversing in with my 2 day old 452's and hear "ppsssss." F**k! Nice shiny tap-rivet found its way into my tyre. Got it repaired thankfully but what awful luck! And then it was the rear bearing earlier in the month. And then the binding calipers (http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=108292) ....which I got fixed today. I replaced both the caliper and the front braided lines and it seems to have fixed it. So....finally back in the black and driving normally now, thank god. These things never seem to come one at a time do they.

Mike B
That's REALLY bad luck.. you sure no one was leaving them around "by accident"?
Getrag
Trust me, I thought the very same thing and I did have a little rant lol. But....they both happened immediately after driving when previously fine. And I have a security light private driveway.
The Restorer
Had a nail right at the front edge of a rear tyre before christmas. Whilst I was waiting for a new set got it repaired to be able to drive to work and such. The repair was good though, because I then spent 5 months sliding round corners and such wearing the tyres down. Replaced them 2 weeks ago...
