It was a toss up this morning on what car to drive to work. luckily the mondeo estate won.:D

I was traveling down a 2 lane road on the outside lane as the inside was packed. when a brand new Audi pulled out and ploughed me into the oncoming traffic. I pissing shat my self. The car has to be a write and hers was absolutly in bits.

Just got a phone call now saying she's excepting liability.:D

Just so glad it wasnt my supe.

It just means i cant go fishing now because that was my fishing car. :badmood:

Jesus Daz!! I was upset when I read the thread title with your name under it.......:(

Are you ok mate? Does your neck hurt? Have not been able to have sex since the accident etc etc.......:sly:

I wish someone would plough into my Mondeo. I was thinking about having it sign written with the words "Average Rep" painted on the side of it!!:D

Glad you're ok mate, it's good that she's accepted liability too.....;)

I can only hope it still works though mate. I'll have to put it to the test tonight:D And if it doesn't I'll be claiming for that aswell.

That's £100 a week on Viagra.;)

I felt sorry for her really. She couldn't stop crying. she nearly made me cry.:D

I very rarely go to work in the mondeo.

Its got to be a blessing that. Someone up there must love me.:)

If you had taken the Supe you would have passed her miles before where you crashed

Just remember all your fishing kit was in the car and now in unsuable condition;) Especially that pair of normark titan rods & maver n57 pole:d

Tell me about it:d Infact i still had all my gear in the car from Sunday. There were feeders, ledgers, floats all over the place and come to think of it i could do with a new £3000 pole. lol :D

Bloody hell. I've just woke up off a really bad nights sleep. My back is killing me now. Theres no way i'm going to work today.

Best you get yourself off to the doc then - you need it recorded. And no, I'm not implying that anyone should do this sort of thing just to get more money out of an insurance claim. I had this happen to me once and didn't bother having it recorded or getting treatment for it. I've had trouble with my back ever since. Get yourself looked at mate.

Hopefully it'll just be some muscles tightening up.

is that a phone call from her stating she is accepting liability or from your insurance company?

If its not from an official source then I'd report it to your insurance company or the police that attended the scene to state that she is indeed accepting liability.

I hear of so many accidents that people state at the time that it was their own fault and then as soon as they 'think' it over or they speak to other people about it they suddenly change their mind and it becomes a 'knock for knock' type of accident.

Glad it wasn't your Supra !
