Annual Boxhill Jap Car Meet - Sat 3rd April 2010

Hi guys,

I'm Olly from the MR2 owner's club. I usually pop on here each year to arrange and ask for your input towards the annual Boxhill Jap Car Meet.

Would be good to see as many of you as possible this year. It's always nice to see fellow Jap car enthusiasts getting together to share their passion and enjoyment of all thing's automotive and Jap so please make the effort to make this a great turnout

It's coming to that time of year when we should look at arranging the annual Boxhill, Surrey Jap car meet.

Previous years have been a huge success, particularly in 2007 with almost 100 jap cars - from Skylines, Supras, RX7s, MR2s, Integras and Civics.

However, last year's was a poor turnout, so let's all make the effort to make this year's a memorable and epic one :th:

Probably best to do it Saturday as the car park is most popular with the bikers on Sundays. I've looked at other local South East and South Central events, and Saturday 3rd April looks to be free. Plus, being April, chances are the weather will be nice - fingers crossed.

Need to get there before 10am otherwise the place gets packed out quickly.

It's the car park (also known as Ryker's / Ryka's) at the junction of the B2209 and the A24 (Burford Bridge Roundabout). You can also search for the Burford Bridge Hotel. Sat nav is post code RH5 6BX (for the hotel).

I know. I think there was an Ace Cafe Jap meet on that day, so everyone who turned up early decided to head off there instead. This year I've contacted more Jap forums, so fingers crossed it's a good turn out. If it's not, I'm gonna leg it asap to avoid any finger pointing
