Sheefa
LOL brilliant Gaz, off topic mate do you remember a while back I mentioned by ankle injuries? I had caused some damage during 6-aside football. Quite bad to be honest. Well they're feeling better now, just still click a little and can become quite tight every now and then mate. I'm training, hard, for the RAF at the moment as have my assessment coming up on the 19th June. Is there anything I can do to help strengthen them mate for the assault course and bleep test etc I need to undertake? Ankle supports are OK, but wondered if there's an alternative? Cheers bud.
