hi i recently went to the last mascrat manor meet in Warrington. There was a chap who i wish i had spoken to. He had a silver supra and on his rear side windows he had some black wind sort of vents that fit onto the window. I have never seen these before were can any get them. they would look superb on mine:search:

Now I am no techie but surly putting big pods like that on the side of the car will increase the drag and infact lower the speed. There was one of these on a supra I saw years ago and for ages I thought they were mid engine because of them and the rear wheel brake vents.

I think most aplications are just for 'show' rather than actually doing anything.

Exactly. They are only 'dummy' vents. Behind the mesh is a piece of black acrylic so no air actually goes into the pod and is stuck there if you see what I mean.

Some ideas work (looks wise) and some dont. To be totally honest from some angles I dont like them, but Im fairly proud that I made them from scratch and they fit like a big brand might have made them. In the search for individuality you take some risks. :)
