First up, download Google player. Next, click the download video button on Google Video, it opens in Google player, let it load all the way to the end before closing it, and it will be saved in a folder created wherever you saved Google player to. Now you can watch your video in Google player whenever you want.

Sorry to bring back an old thread but I can't get this to work. Tried what Seb said above but there's nothing in the google folder. I'd like to download a video then burn it so it works in a DVD player (I've got Nerovision for this bit) but getting nowhere fast! Can anyone help!??

Weird, I just downloaded some Isle of Man TT stuff like this today. Have you let the video that opens in the pop up video player load all the way? You don't have to watch it, just make sure the grey bar that shows video position goes all the way to the end before you close it. If that's still not working, than I'm stumped.

Yeah, it was that 9/11 conspiracy film. Left it so it loaded and played all the way and got nothing in the folder :( What sort of file should it be?

Should be a GVI file. Google player makes a folder where it saves videos - mine save themselves to a Google folder in the My Videos folder in My Documents. Have you looked there?

Ahh, found it now! :) Need to work out to to make a DVD now, not a recognised file in Nerovision :(

Cheers for the help!
