DaveK
I ordered a mirror adjustment switch from them on Tuesday 31st October (after using the 24-7 search thing). By last Tuesday (7th Nov) it still hadn't turned up so I called them. They told me it had been sent - should turn up on Wednesday. It didn't - so I called them at lunchtime today. They told me they would call back with the delivery tracking number so I could chase it myself. They didn't - so I called them back just now. They say it was sent "normal" delivery on Tuesday of this week, and it takes 3 or 4 days so might turn up tomorrow. I questioned the fact that they were now saying they had only sent it Tuesday - meaning a week after I ordered it - and he just repeated that it was regular post and would take 3 or 4 days so wouldn't be here yet. Strangely - I don't believe them. As far as I can see, they haven't debited my credit card yet - so I suspect they really haven't sent it. I wouldn't care if they would just admit that - then I can get one somewhere else! But I'm reluctant to try finding one at another breaker, in case they do suddenly get hold of one, send it and debit my card. Has anybody used them before? Am I wasting my time waiting? DaveK
Next day from me. Now you tell me. If I need one - which I suspect I do - have you got a mirror switch?

DaveK
Yes mate. Give me a shout if you need one. I've just had my dash off to fit a tray rather than a stereo blanking plate (what muppet decided to GLUE the blanking plate in place with mastic???) so took the opportunity to take the switch out. I was happy to find it could be dismantled - so I did, and sprayed copious amounts of contact cleaner in it. I was unhappy to find it made sod all difference when I put it back together. I'll give it until Monday and PM you if it doesn't turn up over the weekend. But - I wonder if the switch is really the problem after all. Both mirrors move down and both move "right" - so I suspect it might be a wiring problem.
RobSupra
i ordered a passenger side hub from them a couple of years back. Super fast delivery and no problems with parts, well apart from the fact they sent me drivers side. lol
