Wazz72
What is the correct way to reset the ECU on a Jap TT? Turne everything on and disconnect the battery? If so for how long? Thanks

Zed
Where on earth did you hear that you should turn everything on and disconnect the battery, sounds downright dangerous. All you need to do is remove the efi fuse for about 30 seconds, job done.
toyotasuprauk
Do it like Zed said. Its also better as you dont lose your mileage on the a and b odo too.

Zed
Just to be absolutely certain, http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/ecu_reset/ecu_reset.jpg Theres no chance of doing it wrong now, plus you should find this site very useful, it's certainly saved me a huge amount in potential labour charges.
