SimonT Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Ive had a small oil leak on my car for a while now and not known where it is coming from! However, I was having my car laser tracked at Elites in Essex and they showed me where the leak was! Its coming from the Power Steering and its leaking into the gaitor by the steering rack so apparently this could be either a new steering rack or just seals but he wasnt sure! Does anyone know what is the most likely problem to this or has anyone suffered the same issues?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chris Wilson Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Rack seals have gone, cheapest option is a good used rack, best option is a new one. Risky option is a Re(al) Con rebuilt one.
