slyspark
Given my very limited knowledge when it comes to cars, I'm wondering if someone here might be able to point me in the right direction? Having looked at a Soop yesterday, I was a little concerned to see as much oil on the underside (see pix below) as I did. Before I pay someone to carry out an independant inspection on the car, thought I might see if anyone here wants to make a guess as to what would cause it? Would you run a mile, or is it still worth me getting it checked over? Other than that, it's a nice car... ...Any advice appreciated! http://slyspark.mywebpro.co.uk/clients/56/albums/Resized/600/9642.jpg?rnd= http://slyspark.mywebpro.co.uk/clients/56/albums/Resized/600/9641.jpg?rnd=
TrickTT
Looks like a weeping rear crank seal to me. Worth getting fixed on a manual as it might contaminate the clutch.
Chris Wilson
Maybe weeping cam cover seals, but probably a rear crank seal, gearbox out job. How much is it?
