Thinking of upgrading your printer soon?

I'm totally impressed by that. I have always been a lego technic fan but that is just taking it to another level. Getting it to print and communicate with the PC would be fairly simple IMO, the mechanical side of building the printer accurately is just extraordinary.

See I thought completely vica versa, I'd be able to build it but the driver creation would give me difficulty :)

Was good, a b3ta person built it iirc.

I don't think the driver creation would be required. I would do it a lot more simply than that, I would use an already known dot matrix driver and use the processor & non lego bits from said dot matrix printer to get the communication between the printer and the PC sorted out.

The lego is just mechanical afterall :D
