Slip cont permanentely lighting up???

Hey there. I justed picked up a 93 J-Spec from the harbour. While driving it home with a friend it was very wet. The wheels spinned like hell all the time and the Slip cont sign was blinking / lighting (Flashing? It did not light all the time. It goes on and off and on and off) up all the time. Any ideas what that could be?

Thanks mate... I know that if it gets slippy the light hits up. But if you don't spin the wheels the light should be quite, or not?

I mean even if the wheels don't spin, the lights flashed all the way through. Even if you don't move it :-)

If its flashing orange it means there is a fault and it's not working.

Have you checked the fuse in the engine bay (TRAC 7.5 volt)

Also the plug might have come loose (the first one on the left of the throttle body)

Yes most likely some very sensible person has pulled the TRAC fuse out to permanently disable the stock traction control

If the light gets annoying just remove the bulb.
