terribleturner
Well im makeing my way through the engine bay with all the polished goodness i can. I've removed and fitted the turbo pipe work and cam covers myself and am loving getting my hands dirty. Makes me feel ....closer to her i guess . But can i do the Throttle Body and Intake Manifold myself or should i leave it to someone who knows what they're doing?? If i do it myself anyone have an idea what sort of time it should take someone the first time??
MONKEYmark
i started to strip it all off and there some akward bolts to get to. ended up putting it back. you will probably need new gaskets if you take it off. its good taking it to bits lol
Geezabloke
Ive been contemplating this for weeks now........and on the UK there seems to be even more bits to strip? Dont think its a five minute job even for someone who knows what they are doing? Dave

JustGav
It is not an overly complicated job... Bear in mind, I had not worked on supra's before taking mine completely to pieces... Take a little care doing the job, make sure you know which bolts you take out of where and you should be fine... Best way to learn is to do it yourself, and there is the pride aspect of getting the job done personally. Gav
Geezabloke
ok let me know mate dont forget breather hoses if yours are stiff ohhh rrrrrrrrrrrrr Right...im having trouble getting these bits sorted, the garage is under new management and will only accept orders placed on site not over the phone. I cant get there in working hours at the moment so im a bit stuffed? Unless you know where i can order and pay over the phone? Dave
