Supragal
Which ones so I order from this lot? For the plastic cam covery bit? 15mm I think but I don't know what the 'metric thread' bit is all about... you need to spank the esc key on loading else it bums out to the home page. http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/alsocket.htm#top

Nic
Anyone know a good online source for bolts of this size? Am I right thinking that the rest of the engine bay bolts are the same size ie, the ones that hold the rad bracket, etc?

AFAIK all the 6mm ones that are in the engine bay to hold ancillaries are the same.

Ian C
Dude, that's the same place Don't use it for anything structural apparently. I've replaced the two bolts that hold the throttle body on with these. Also you'll need washers if you want to do the rad clamps and stuff which kind of defeats the blingy nature of them. -Ian

TLicense
http://www.unbrako.com/ M16x1.0x15.00 cap head. (Dia x pitch x length) Has an ultimate tensile strength of 26.1kN (Just over 26 tonnes before it breaks) and 44.1kN in double shear. Go for the zinc plated ones otherwise they will rust though. Probably a damned site cheaper than the annodised ones you showed, plus you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you've got the same bits on your car as they have on the F1 cars

The anodised ones are about 13p each
