Supra specific gear/diff ratio and tyre size calculator

I've put together an Excel file which shows the effect of fitting various sized diff and gearboxes to the supra, it also contains a graphical chart showing the effect different tyre & wheel sizes and offsets effect both fitment to the hub and the effect on speed/acceleration. There are two main sheets on the file, Wheel size fitment and gear ratio calculator.

I forgot to sticky this back when it was created last year, there's no updates to the calculator since the old thread

8200 rev limit will do 255.52mph mate!

5th gear should see 202!

how do i do a screen shot?

Any idea what it will do in the other gears mate?

Im tempted to take my 28" tall drag wheels with me an all, they might get me a better speed in 5th all though i might be worring about nothing, watching my old TR video it seemed to pull 6th gear ok.

Oh, the bar has been raised again then! IIRC the 28 in wheels gave a good few mph more, about 207 in 5th? If you have the sizes I can post a plot with that, if you don't have the sizes I can work it out assuming they are exactly 28in tall.

They are 325/50/15 not sure 200mph on ET street radials is a good idea though.

Sorry to be a pest mate, i just got some new 18" Oz racing wheels and the rear tyres are avon 320/70/18 they measure 27.5" or 698mm, fancy working out the gearing for them?

I get it somewhere near: 214.42mph and 258.57mph, using 27.5" diameter.

Is 320/70/18 right? Using that in there, you get: 278.14mph and 335.40mph!!!

Are you sure the sizes are right Jamie? 320/70/18 is 35.64 inches diameter according to my info.

Sorry just looked again, it says 320/705/18 whatever that means, they do measure 27.5" though.
