Wez
Hey All, I went to surrey rolling road today and the car made 510hp 500ftlbs at 1.4bar boost, I have attached the dyno graphs. Very happy with the result. I highly recommend Charlie and Surrey Rolling Road
LeeT
some nice numbers there Wes, which turbo are you running?
Wez
Its a very old PHR stage 1 on a cast manifold and CW SMIC
Homer
Is that rear wheel or flywheel HP? Either way, thats excellent power sub 4krpm - FAR more than BPU

Wez
All seems happy, I wanted to get before and after for my new cam setup. Once i have fitted the HKS 272/264 combo I will post up the difference.
Tannhauser
Excellent, Wes. Was that your first mapping after fitting the PHR kit or tweaking an existing map? Happy with how the AEM is coping with the single so far? Cliff
Tannhauser
Sorry, didn't read the thread properly.
Wez
I have been running on maps done by myself upto about 1 bar for months but first time i have been on the dyno and mapped properly, made a huge difference. Its not a PHR kit, only the turbo is PHR, the rest is an induction motorsport cast manifold kit.
terribleturner
Very nice Wez And that firgure being your a 6 speed is fwhp. Great Torque too. Charlie is a very nice man isn't he. We'll have another RR day down there nearer the winter i should think.
TLicense
Nice mate. Now get those cam's in and do it again to give us the differences!
Wez
Will book it in for the cam installs next month hopefully and then a remap With the info from other threads I will look at increasing the boost to 1.6bar.
Jake
Very nice Wez And that firgure being your a 6 speed is fwhp. What does his transmission type have to do with whether the dyno operator printed out rwhp or flywheel HP? dyno dynamics are rwhp i think, so damn nice figure thereIt can be either. They can print the rwhp or the (guessed at) fwhp. I'm surprised Wez doesn't know though.
Jake
I highly recommend Charlie and Surrey Rolling Road I was there for 4hrs today mapping the AEM. SRR don't do tuning/mapping do they? So this Charlie is a 3rd party mapper, right? Charlie who?
Wez
I would guess FWHP as its only 1.4bar and a smallish tubbie
