Chris Wilson
On one of the forums info was given showing the correct method to rest the VVTi fly by wire throttle pots. Has anyone got a link to it, or have the info to share please? Thanks. It will help my Motec man get fly by wire throttle mapping working safely. Alex
Chris, do you mean the Toyota TPS Reset docs? Do these TPS docs help??? They aren't VVTi specific but I believe the settings are the same. Personally I'd eradicated the DBW system and convert it to a standard Throttle, I prefer having full control Throttle_Body.pdfThrottleTPSDiagram_diagnostics.pdf
Ian C
Chris, if you find out anything interesting or useful with this FBW stuff, can you post it back here as it's a headache for a few people -Ian
Alex
Does anyone on the BBS with a VVTi have a Powermeter-iD or something similar, with which they can monitor THROTTLE POSITION on the fly? If you do please PM me.

I know it's been posted SOMEWHERE, but can't backtrack it... Cheers. If I get useful info I will share it.
