David P
Why bother to fit a T.T. flange to an N/A diff, when you could just fit the T.T. diff? Do you want a theoretical top speed that you're never going to achieve, or a fast 1/4 mile? The combo I use is; N/A 4.083 Torsen diff with 18" wheels and 40 profile tyres, which gives near as dammit same gearing as stock T.T. 3.769 auto diff/17" wheel/40 profile tyre combo. The 40 profile tyres give better ride, traction and handling compared to lower profiles. This calculator will help to understand and decide. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?225050-Supra-specific-gear-diff-ratio-and-tyre-size-calculator
David P
N/A open diff 4.083 is an A01A N/A Torsen diff 4.083 is an A01B T.T. auto open diff 3.769 is an A02A T.T. auto Torsen diff 3.769 is an A02B Note: T.T. diffs have a larger prop flange then N/A diffs. The diffs are interchangeable between N/A and T.T. and the prop flange can be swapped between them.
