They don't take incomming calls (useful) and the nearest office is 60 odd miles away. DVLA helpline can't tell me much more either. Carl_S Posted December 13, 2007 Share Posted December 13, 2007 Getting through to the DVLA is a joke. It's quicker to travel to them, all you get is computers if you call. Jamesy Posted December 13, 2007 Share Posted December 13, 2007 eh? why would u lose the plate? i have done private transfers many times, most recently last month, and it all went throuugh in 3 weeks and we now have the p/plate on the car...no inspections etc. ???
