Hi Saturday morning I decided to replace my boot rubbers after searching for info on them looks like a few people had trouble so hope this helps anyone who thinking about doing it....Also need to thank my dad for the help!! (the garage, tools and basically taking over haha)

Pic 1: make sure you do this in a garage so you dont destroy your boot......

Pic 2: Tools needed stanley knife, sockets, a good screwdriver, a small pry bar (to take off all the old rubber) a gas soldering iron.

Pic 3: Cut off the old boot rubber with the knife I also used a pry bar to rip it off.

Pic 4: you are left with the plate and the dreaded two philips head screws

Pic 5 & 6: these screws need to be heated to melt the glue, I hear some people use a small blow torch etc I found this small gas soldering iron alot safer and easy to use leave the iron on the screw for approx 2min

Pic 7: you will see the screw is dried out

Pic 8: using a good quality screwdriver apply alot of pressure and turn and the screw will come out without hassle

Pic 9 & 10: Remove the plate and clean the area

Pic 11: Now you can replace with your new boot rubbers I used the old screw as they were in perfect condition and Mr T didnt send me any with the new rubbers

Pic 12: As for the top rubbers this is very easy they dont need to be heated just a socket and ratchet and a simple replacement.

Pic 13: The remains of my old boot rubbers

Thats it Total time 20 - 25min

Hope this help's
