Guest benmuir
Recently sold my modified Fiat Coupe and am looking to join the Supra Team, wish to start with a NA then who knows. Have viewed the below Supra on pistonheads therefore looking for advice and thoughts from the gurus on here. Thankyou in advance P.S Thought FFCUK website was good however Im very impressed with this site http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/311359.htm
Blackie
its quite high mileage but i think thats reflected in the price, looks clean though. i have an N/A and if your not on a budget i'd say go for a tt p.s I'm not a guru, i know little
CJ
With mileage like that, I would want to see receipts / history to verify it has been looked after. I would also want to find out about this "Supra Specialist". If it were me, I would wait until a lower mileage car came along.
Blackie
as a bench mark, i payed £4,900 for mine. 70,000 miles full veilside (with out the stupid wing) 18" wheels. theres a picture in my garage
juanchan
I may have had a pint or 7, but that wing doesn't look stock. As CJ said, it has pretty high mileage so Id' wait until a lower mileage one came along. Also, depending on what you mean by "modified" and which model Coupe it was, an NA might not feel like a big step up. My mates stock Coupe (2 litre 5 cyl turbo jobbie) gives my TT a damn good run for it's money whilst in the speed limit. Welcome to the club too!! supra steveo
i would have a look around before diving into one N/A hard top auto is bottom of the stack and are normally cheap the interior is clean
birdy
i would have a look around before diving into one N/A hard top auto is bottom of the stack and are normally cheap the interior is clean To me it all depends on what you need, i drive a n/a auto hard top but im very happy with it. i've had lots of quick cars including other supra turbos, volvo T5 type R, and plenty of motorbikes. But to me a n/a makes a very nice all round GT car which still comes with all the bells and whistles. they may be bottom of the stack, but they are still a very capable car and not to be over looked
stevie_b
I think it's got a facelift front bumper, which a 1994 car wouldn't usually have. At it's most innocent, maybe the owner just wanted to give it a facelift look. Unlikely though, because the centre caps on the wheels aren't facelift. Much more likely is that it's had a front prang at some point which required a new bumper. Again, not necessarily a show stopper but if you want to look at this one further do make sure it drives straight. HTH
