tooquicktostop
I was just wondering how much servicing rougly costs on a supra? A garage by me quoted £250.. It really depends on what level of service you have, reading you last couple of posts you need some electrical work etc, it can all add up that for sure What did the £250 give you ?? it sounds ok if it includes plugs, oil, filter, air filter, gearbox oil etc, really would go to a Supra specialist if you can get to one though

That kind of comment ' Check up and plus' is why I would recommend a Supra specialist, I am sure there are a few worth the trip on here Phoenix Whifbits AFR (opens in Jan) Interpro etc

Big Red One
i got a quote for £180 including parts for a major service from a toyota and import Specialist
tooquicktostop
i got a quote for £180 including parts for a major service from a toyota and import Specialist That sounds too cheap for a 'Major' service as the cam belt and labour alone would use most of that no ?? Pete
i got a quote for £180 including parts for a major service from a toyota and import Specialist Nonsense. For Toyota Service schedules see the members download area. What they call a major service would be closer to £600+
colsoop
I personally prefer to source the parts myself and then get a competent garage (known for working on supras to fit it) that way you are only paying for the labour and not the profit on the consumables too. A cambelt change on its own is circa £
stevie_b
KimberleyAnn, supradibbs might be able to suggest a garage in your neck of the woods.

A cambelt change on its own is circa £150 That dose not include tensioners, water pump, front crank seals or drive belt ect IF needed - nor the dreaded Crank Pully I souced the parts, all OEM ones, and am going to do my cam belt, drive belt and replace the crank pulley bolt. Have got a mechanic mate coming to help me with it. Might be woth what col said, get the parts your self and take them to a decent garage who you trust and get the work done there?
