ManwithSupra
Need to change my upper and lower front passenger side suspension arms and hub (i have all the new parts ready and assembled - just need to attach to the car) and wondered if anyone had done this before, where they got stuck and if they have any tips etc i just need to know what things to look out for and if there are any tools need in addition to the below, as i dont want to get halfway through and find out i have not allocated enough time or have dont have a tool that i need. This is what i think i need so far please add anythiing that you think i need. Torque Wrench Breaker Bar, Spanner Set Long reach and standard Socket Set WD40 - I would imagine as a must have. I will also be changing the suspension on the car at the same time but that looks straight forward enough looking at the tech docs.
Ian C
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=119349&highlight=suspension+refresh My tip would be - give it to people with a ramp and heavy duty gear to do and pay them for it. And I don't say that lightly about anything. Note the bit about them using a oxy cutter -Ian
