markssupra
Tried to order some j spec brake caliper seal kits from my local Toyota dealer, gave them model no., chassis no. and they couldn't find the parts. Called Steve Manley, straight away he asked "2 pot fronts, 1 pot rears?" "Yes" I replied "I'll order them today, you should have them by Wednesday" Fook me, thats the kind of service I like. £66 delivered.

Homer
Steve seems to have memorised EPC, even the vaguest descriptions he seems to know exactly the part I'm talking about. However I heard today that Paul Whiffin can beat him on some of the more common items (e.g fuel filter)

Dnk
Think the club should send him a xmas card to thank him for being the number 1 o/e Toyota parts supplier in the uk. Ive had plenty of parts off him and he's been spot on with every thing including his knowledge of the car, how he treats you on the phone, correct parts, delivery, prices and sorting problems when they occured due to poor couriers. Well done to CJ for getting him and Inchcape on board, by far the best ive ever dealt with
