tooquicktostop
Well my insurance company today were of no help at all when changing my second car from a SAAB Turbo to a Supra TT (Direct Line/Privilege), they told me that the TT as a second car is not possible unless I have at least 2 years NCB on the second car alone (not taking into account full NCB with them on the Single turbo) I gave SKY a ring and they could not have been more helpful, they even used my full NCB on the Single turbo Supra to apply a fantastic discount to the TT even though they have not taken the Single on themselves (Value too high at present) So a big thanks again to SKY, saved me a few quid today for a change
saboteur
Did you have to quote the forum for a discount?
Class One
Did you have to quote the forum for a discount? Yes you would have to provide proof of membership to SKY to qualify for their discounts.

Homer
I was also very pleased with Sky when it came to changing my policy, very easy to do and had a fantastic quote on the new car so will be sticking with them on the new policy. I had gone over the 6 month deadline in order to be eligible for a rebate. However, they just changed over policies for nowt. Can't say fairer than that. Homer
I had gone over the 6 month deadline in order to be eligible for a rebate. However, they just changed over policies for nowt. Can't say fairer than that. Thats strange, I got £98 back even though there was only 8 weeks left on the policy. Maybe it's because I was paying so much for it in the first place and the new policy was so much less (£1350 vs £280)

Class One
1350 - thats more than me homer, thats hardley fair! He lives in a high crime area. I only paid £450 all in for mine. Bit of a difference. And have another 5 months to run.
Homer
1350 - thats more than me homer, thats hardley fair! Thats what I thought, but then the area where I live isn't the nicest (you've been there so you know what I mean!) The new owner lives about 10 miles away but in a much nicer town and pays half what I did
