JamesC
THIS seems like a good deal on ebay, buy it now. £199 for a new Canon 350d with the 18-55mm lens, which normally go for £330+ i sent the seller a message through ebay and they seem genuine, good feedback etc. Anyone spot anything wrong with it? carl0s
It does indeed. I don't know how much they usually are, but I've been thinking I'd like a dSLR, even though I rarely use a camera.. I thought them hitting the ~£350 point was news, nevermind ~£200.
DamanC
Looks cheap enough. The last transaction on one of them fell throu, check the feedback. Ask yourself thou, "do you need a DSLR?" Have you used your current camera to its full potential?

Pete
Bought one. I've requested their contact details as I want to talk to them first prior to PayPal payment. I don't trust eBay anymore.
Pete
I can't make sense of PayPal. That auction has logos saying "Choose PayPal for up to £500 buyer protection." When I look at that link it says: Purchase protection on eBay — PayPal Buyer Protection. When you’re shopping on eBay, look for items that are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. With it, you get free protection of up to £500.00 GBP on your purchases. To determine if your item is eligible, look for PayPal Buyer Protection in the Seller Information box on the View Item page. When your transaction isn’t covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, you may still be covered by our Buyer Complaint Policy. To review guidelines for filing a claim and for specific terms and conditions, please review the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy and Buyer Complaint Policy in our User Agreement. I can't see "Seller Information" as a phrase on the item page?

Pete
I've checked two suppliers and our buy price on these is £338. OK, we're not specifically photo suppliers and it might not be the greatest price...but they don't seem to be EOL or reduced. I have a suspicious mind.
