The head's cam runners are the same but the rest of the head is different. The TT has Position sensors for total loss spark cast into the inlet cam. The cam lift and profile is the same for N/A to TT. So in theory you could put a TT cam in an N/A if the sensor lobes didnt foul head castings. (info from MVP site and i have both of them in bits right now) I have a good N/A head for sale if anyone wants one, also spare TT J spec cams too.
