Spoony Posted November 30, 2007 Share Posted November 30, 2007 hi a friend of me bought a hks twin setup http://www.mkiv.de/beitrag_3829_24.htm he has some problems with the wastegates setup he only has a japanese manual because its from hks japan has anybody an english manual or idea how the setup for the wastegates should be? the wastegates are making noise while boosting, pressure loosing noise... thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lee P Posted November 30, 2007 Share Posted November 30, 2007 The side port of the wastgates need to be connected to the intercooler piping before the throttle body and the NC port on the boost controller needs to be t'ed into this aswell. The top port on the wastgates needs to go to the COM port on the boost controller. Make sure he uses braided line on the pipes, other wise the pipe will melt and you will loose boost control Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
