Nice one Ady.. Looks like your dedicated.. Its good to look after yourselve.. We only have one body so we have to look after that...

I was watching a programme on Sky earlier on the week about Britains fatest man who was 49 stone but had been 65 stone.... Seeing him horrified me of what could potentially happen to anyone.......

Ive been into gym on and off. just baught my self a reebock exercise bike - pretty impressed with it too. needed that for CV as when i get i can go on it no matter what the weather is like outside. I have a fully fitted out gym at home now :)

Im going to stick to my new programe, no matter how much i ache, just going to grin and bear it. I hope to up the reps and weight for each individual exercise as time goes by.

I seen that programme - was his name Barry? he could down an average of 40 pints in a night out, taking about 2 seconds to neck a pint of larger - made me laugh tho when his misses cooked him a WHOLE cottage pie, n he sat there n scoffed the lot and she was feeling well good about her self that he enjoyed it haha!

I never used to look after myself but this season i have started playing rugby again and so in summer i made a start on fitness work and loosing weight etc. Was hard at first but reaping the benefits now. My weekely routine now is:

Monday: Gym, heavy weights session.

Tuesday: Gym, light weights/abs followed by rugby training.

Wednesday: Gym, heavy weights session

Thursday: Gym, light weights/abs followed by rugby training.

Friday: Rest day (unless i dont have a game on saturday, then it woudl be a weights session plus CV)

Saturday: Match

Sunday: Rest/Swim.

As well as all that i have been watching what i eat quite a lot and cut out the alcohol almost completely. Ive managed to lose over 2 and a half stone since summer and feel the fittest i have ever felt. Loving it at the moment.

I went through a phase in my late teens where i was obese i was 16 stone it was a combination of moving to a new area and not really knowing anyone so i just ate and then some ! :p

Then one day something just twigged and i got sick of the piss taking and over the space of 12 months i lost 6 and a half stone and became extremely fit.

It has taken its toll though my nickname going through training in the Army was chicken skin due to the excess / stretched skin from my fatboy days :p

i have an addictive personality and if i do something regularly i can't get enough of it :D
