michael
AFAIK they (Paypal Europe) are based in Luxembourg so I'm not sure how you'd go about pursuing them to be honest This might be of interest but it could be aimed towards the US: http://www.aboutpaypal.org

Supragal
I know I've read all the sites and other people problems... doesn't help me much though I will try those email addresses and phone numbers tomorrow. What happened... I'm not sure I can relive it again!! I will have to type it all out for a complaint though so i'll post it up when I get round to it!! Supragal
It's not the end of the world but it's got to be heading for 6 months now that they've locked me out of my account for and are holding my money and basically won't do anything to resolve the situation except leave me on hold to their 0870 number for 1 hour until I give up. There are also emails, which I'm glad about as it's some kind of evidence.

Supragal
I totally agree. Once I've got my money back it's getting closed down and I will never use it again.
michael
I used to prefer Nochex when I was selling on eBay but unfortunately hardly anyone seemed to use it and obviously eBay push Paypal to make themselves more money. Good luck with it anyway.
