Your... erm pee... is at body temp and then all of a sudden that heat 'reserve' is no longer in your body and its just your brain realising this by 'jolting' its own heat generator ie. shivering. If its a warm day I don't think I've experienced it as much, but if its cold, and going on from the heat loss suggestion, then it can and does happen sometimes.
