Tom
Just been reading this for last few mins http://www.mensworkoutguide.com seems genuine, as I was expecting to see a "buy now" for a guide or something but its all free info, seems very impressive if he achieved the before and after in such a short time
Supranature
Cheers, just joined, but I must tell you that that guy has been like that before and has laid off for a year or 2. I can vouch for this personally, I will collate pics of myself for those that may be interested!
Tom
I'm gonna give it a go myself too, tbh I think the hardest part will be eating right I think if I make a load of meals the previous day this will help keep on top of everything? Homer
There was a thread about this a few months back (can't seem to find it now). Apparently it's nothing special, just some workout routines. If you want to go as far as a daily expercise/weight lifting plan you'd do better to join one of the big bodybuilding forums. http://www.bodybuilding.com being the biggest and most helpful in the world. A good diet is the key to real success.
colsoop
As homer says diet is the key. A normal ab workout and the right diet will achieve the six pack. I think it is 10 % bodyfat for the cut look. Have a look at Geo's thread where he showed his before (bluking phase) and after in the cut phase before his first comp, huge difference to the look. Tom
Just bumping this, I'm starting my workout today and have gathered some info from the bodybuilding forums, it's quite inspiring seing peoples before and afters inthe pic section. I've tried weights before but never ate properely but this time i'm going in at 110% and planning my meals and preparing them the day before etc, i'm trying to keep it as simple as possible and have made a basic meal plan which I hope to stick too, this is how it looks, Breakfast – 8-am Protein shake Oats Apple or banana 2 Pints of water Brunch – 11am Chicken breast Pasta Steamed vegetables 2 pints of water Lunch – 1pm Chicken breast Pasta Steamed vegetables 2 pints of water Pre workout – 3pm Protein shake Brown bread 2 pints water Post workout 6pm Tuna Baked Potato Fruit 2 pints water Meal 6 – 8pm Protein shake 2 eggs on brown bread 2 pints water Hopefully this looks alright and my workout which I also took from the forums is basic but should be easy to stick too as well, Workout A 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press 1x5 Deadlift Workout B 3x5 Squat 3x5 Standing military press 3x5 Power cleans You train on 3 nonconsecutive days per week. So week 1 might look like: Monday - Workout A Wednesday - Workout B Friday - Workout A Week 2: Monday - Workout B Wednesday - Workout A inbetween these days i'll be doing cardio, from reading it'll be 5 mins warm up, 3 min jog 1 min sprint, 3 min cool down and 5 min stretching I'm around 6'2" and weigh only 11 stone, my target is to be 13 stone, hopefully I can do it! Stratty
Your workout needs altering. Have a nose at my site http://www.freewebs.com/letsgetfitter and have a look at the full body workout under the weight lifting section. There is also some good nutrition guide stuff on there. Will save me writing it all out to you.

A good diet is the key to real success. On the bodybuilding.com forums, mixed in with some genuinely knowledgeable people, there are quite a few clueless 15-19 year olds dispensing advice to all and sundry. Worth bearing in mind. You could also take a look at www.ironaddicts.com. I think it's a great site, though they are towards the powerlifting/powerbuilding end of the spectrum.
